Tremblant is a pretty impressive place, so it’s no wonder why we love taking so many photos their. If you’re a photography enthusiast and take some great shots, or just enjoy snapping the occasional picture, Tremblant360.com’s Flickr Photo Group is a great place to share them with Tremblant’s online community! The beauty of it all, is that joining is quick, easy and more importantly, free!
You can find out how to get started by following the quick set of simple directions listed below. We’ve listed the basic steps for how to register a Flickr account, and then show you how to add your photos to our group for the entire Tremblant community to see! Steps for registering a new Flickr photo account, and how to share with the group:
Beginning from the homepage menu bar:
1. Click on “Flickr”, which will take you to Tremblant360′s Flickr Photo Group,
2. Click on the “Join This Group” link,
3. Existing Flickr members just need to sign in using their Yahoo ID. New members will need to register for a Yahoo ID by clicking on “Sign Up” below (all Flickr users have a Yahoo ID). Signing up is completely free, only takes a minute or two, and you get a free e-mail account too! Simply follow the account registration process,
4. Re-visit our group’s page and click on the “Join This Group” link, then agree to the groups guidelines,
5. From Flickr’s homepage (while signed in), select “Upload Photos” from the upper right side of the page and follow the instructions for uploading your pics,
6. Once your pics are up, click on “Groups” at the top of the page, then select “Tremblant360.com’s flickr photo group!”,
7. Then click on “Add photos” (Flickr members with Pro accounts can add video too),
8. Select the photos you wish to add to the group on the left, then click on “Add To Group” in the bottom right (you can only add up to 6 pics at once, but if you’d like to select more, you can do so after you’ve added the first 6)!
- Tip - Once your account is set up, explore Flickr’s options above your pics to tweak them just the way you like. After you’ve joined the group, you can also quickly send any of your existing/ current pics to the group by clicking on “Send To Group” just above the pic!
