1.5 Mil Winter Upgrades, Tremblant 2011 Fall Press Release

With a challenging 2011 global economy, absolute biggest
bang for the buck is required to efficiently allocate limited
disposable resources on the part of virtually every corporation
in the world.

Tremblant is setting a great example with the news contained in their
October 18th, 2011 Press Release that elaborates on exactly where
they have very carefully spent 1.5 Million Dollars this fall.

In a day and age when sometimes all you seem to hear about is
cut-backs and budget reductions due to higher energy and other
costs, we think that we're lucky that Tremblant can be investing
in the quality of the Alpine Winter Experience.

We very much like what they're doing specifically with the snow making
on Algonquin's lower portions where there was a lot of exposure to
hazards that limited the number of days it was open. In addition we like
the increase in snowmaking capacity at the summit of Sissy Schuss/Expo
Quad Chair that we feel will have the potential to advance the top to
bottom fully opened North side significantly sooner in the early season,
as well as generally improve the quality of one of the finest learning
environments on planet Earth.

Both of these investments are going to substantially improve the
utility, access and durability of their respective sectors.
