102/102(*) Open Trails On The Peak Of Winter Slopes At #Tremblant .

------- WEEKEND TRAVEL ADVISORY ------------
The important part for Regional Commuters is the
West-To-East flow of the storm-track that will affect
driving starting across Southern Ontario tonight.
For Best Results, go either “Before” or “After”,
because “During” could be very hazardous road conditions
including extensive freezing rain potential.

It’s All Sunny Winter Today,

Then You’ll Need To Be Ready For A Winter Storm Tomorrow.

Conditions Notes:

All Winter Today. As a matter of fact, we think today
and the next 48 to 60 hours are going to be the “Peak”
of this winter season at Tremblant. Today however, will have
absolutely superb utility for all guests of all skill levels due
to the stability of pre-existing conditions up to this point
before the storm.

As long as you select terrain matched to your real skill
level, you can not make a bad decision.

For tomorrow, big, big natural snow favours Expert skills
due to the extra thickness that can be difficult for Beginners
and Intermediates to navigate. To a degree, physical conditioning
will also play a part in tomorrows scenario too. Even an Expert
who has not been out a lot this season will have endurance
challenges for muscles not conditioned to extended demands
generated by deep snow. Mountain Crews will be working
all-night, every night to get things in the regularly groomed
list up to spec’s, especially trails like Nansen and P’tit Bonheur
for Beginners. Use caution on all initial explorations. Default
down one level of trail rating until you verify safe passage.

:) Bring Back The Memories... Research Future Visits...
If you would like to look up dates you visited Tremblant, or you
want to research days/weeks/months to visit, you can sample what
they look like historically, month by month, year by year.

GoTo: Archive, Search Reports by Date: Index: http://tinyurl.com/yktelmu

When reviewing dates from any of the past, numbered, archived pages,
you can use the "Previous Topic" or "Next Topic" buttons, located
screen far right, in upper date/message bar to scroll through sequential
dates, or use your browsers "back" button to stay on the selected index
page for non-sequential date reviews in either forward or reverse order.

There are approximately 6, 25 day Index pages per season.

( If you "Bookmark" the link above, it will always take you to the
First index page with the latest posts. That gives you an immediate,
current to 25 day past, review scroll of Winter Alpine Conditions by
consecutive date.)
