Getting Back To Normal...

12 cm, or about 3,1/2 inches of FRESH SNOW has put a nice
little dusting on the Mountain last night, so that helps get
things on their way back to normal with an open run count
at a very respectable 60 this morning.

The way the wind came across the Mountain last night, runs
on the South Side filled in from LEFT TO RIGHT as you go down
and on the NORTH Side, from RIGHT TO LEFT, as you go down.

The Grooming crews will be taking advantage of that as time
goes by to spread the new snow around a bit in order to
re-establish coverage.

You will want to keep an eye out for covered hazards today
because with a little snow, some things get covered up enough
to make them disappear just under the surface, so use caution
if you are on any given run for the first time and watch out for
markers that the Ski Patrol has put out.

This is not a good day to go out of boundaries either, so please
respect the Mountain Crews who have surveyed the whole area
and know what is safe to use.

Todays wind is gusty at times and coming from the North West,
or right up Nansen.

Partial Sunny breaks, Overcast and possibly Snow Flurries mean
that you could see just about anything and just about anytime.
