Please Note Below Re: Expo Peak.

This observation takes a bit of focus to see
because this is a wide-angle shot so it appears
to be small, but if you look closely just to the
left of where the Expo Quad meets the horizon,
you will see a noticeable buildup of trail snow
where Mountain Crews made huge bumps of
blown snow and added what we estimated to
be around 15 feet of extra depth over the Expo
crest.

Previous seasons sometimes lost late season access to
the Expo pitch due to solar thaw intensity when the
rest of the pitch was still in excellent shape.

This is a classic example of forward planning
done this season to extend useful access and
it is only one example, albeit a very important
one due to the popularity of Expo as a destination
trail for many regional spring skiing enthusiasts.

Utility Note: T360 Admin on Medical LOA.

Reporting will be reduced.

Meteorological and Trail Status Data provided
for time period archival reference.

Please Note(a): T360 Admin on Medical L.O.A.
following a Skiing accident we reported on
April 3, 2023 (4/3/23 in this journal).

Please Note(b): All posts between April 4, 2023 and
April 23, 2023 are not sampling of our normal
degree or style of coverage due to our medical L.O.A.
that required a long distance Med-Evac, Hospitalization
and major emergency TH-Arthroplasty implant surgery.
Consequently, normal posting routines were interrupted
and any field work was prevented for the remainder of
the season.

All subsequent reporting was reduced, however
wherever possible we have added, and will add
more commentary as time or opportunity permit.
Additionally, we’ve had contributors who have
sent pic’s for specific dates that have been inserted
accordingly. We are very grateful for those submissions.

Meteorological and Trail Status Data provided
for every single day in order to maintain continuity
for time period archival reference.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

Please refer to all posts prior to 4/4/23 as typical of
reporting standards with wallpaper pics and full commentary.

:) Bring Back The Memories... Research Future Visits...
If you would like to look up dates you visited Tremblant, or you
want to research days/weeks/months to visit, you can sample what
they look like historically, month by month, year by year.

When reviewing dates from any of the past, numbered, archived pages,
you can use the "Previous Topic" or "Next Topic" buttons, located
screen far right, in upper date/message bar to scroll through sequential
dates, or use your browsers "back" button to stay on the selected index
page for non-sequential date reviews in either forward or reverse order.

There are approximately 6, 25 day Index pages per season.

( If you "Bookmark" the link above, it will always take you to the
First index page with the latest posts. That gives you an immediate,
current to 25 day past, review scroll of Winter Alpine Conditions by
consecutive date.
