Conditions Notes:

Yesterday was the product of an all-night Plus C overnight,
early this morning it’s gotten as low as -6 C, so it does
not take a Rocket Scientist to figure out there’s going to
be a way different hourly evolution in conditions from early
very firm, even refroze, to afternoon soft.

The "Laws Of Physics” regarding the changes of state of H2O
molecules at Zero C, will affect all categories of Open Terrain
from first tracks to last run, and on a revolving basis where
Versant Sud/South and Soleil Sectors will ultimately experience
the highest levels of afternoon softening and Versant Nord/North
terrain will remain the firmest for the longest period, possibly
all day? maybe...

Lots of wild cards, search patiently for sweets spots.

------------- 2:27 P.M. Insert Update: ----------------

There’s a very healthy -5 C cooler spread to the Summit,
at least so-far. If there’s a bit of a spoiler it would be the
wind velocity with some high speed gusts. At Sud/South
and Soleil bases that may pretty much be like pointing
a blowdryer at an ice cube. Saturation levels in those
zones could make things quite sticky so definitely
supporting our recommendation for ski/board bases
to be waxed or coated for warm range snow temps if
you want to optimize glide for any similar afternoon
attendance in the near-term future.

The most winter-like conditions of speed and glide should
be on Nord/North Haut/Upper sectors.

:) Bring Back The Memories... Research Future Visits...
If you would like to look up dates you visited Tremblant, or you
want to research days/weeks/months to visit, you can sample what
they look like historically, month by month, year by year.

When reviewing dates from any of the past, numbered, archived pages,
you can use the "Previous Topic" or "Next Topic" buttons, located
screen far right, in upper date/message bar to scroll through sequential
dates, or use your browsers "back" button to stay on the selected index
page for non-sequential date reviews in either forward or reverse order.

There are approximately 6, 25 day Index pages per season.

( If you “Bookmark" the link above, it will always take you to the
First index page with the latest posts. That gives you an immediate,
current to 25 day past, review scroll of Winter Alpine Conditions by
consecutive date.
