First Observed Snowmaking for 2015/2016 Winter Season!!!
Considering the upcoming weather forecasts include some double digit
daytime high temps over the next 10 days or so, this is probably, maybe,
could be, a System test.
The temps got down to well below the freezing mark @ -8C(18F) last night,
so an entirely appropriate level to begin this kind of Winter Season Snowmaking
testing, and we also feel that regardless of whether it will “Stick” or not,
any increase in ground surface level moisture saturation helps to
conduct “cold” into the Mountain when it finally does freeze up.
Another confirmation that step by step, Winter Ski/Board Season is on the way!
