83(*) Open Trails on all 4 Open Sectors at #Tremblant.
Best Signs Of Great Boxing Day Ski/Board Conditions!
Clear, Initially Sunny, turning Overcast,
But Easy, Mild Temps.

Weather Notes:
Fine for today, especially with snowfall,
however, a freezing rain wild-card for later on.
What you need to remember is that Freezing
Rain is not erosive. It is inconvenient due to
potential coating of lift infrastructure, but
otherwise, on trail surfaces it just gets ground
up in the Grooming process and becomes a
course granular component.
As far as tomorrow is concerned, at the indicated temp.
values, Summit and Nord/North Sectors could remain
at or slightly sub-zero C, so it is possible the Mountain
might see snow at those cooler elevations. Additionally,
the precip. icons are light which usually means
whatever comes, passes in bands of active weather
that frequently get detoured around the Mountain when
the cloud ceiling is low. We can only hope....
At least it’s brief, and the rest of the 14 day long range
actually looks very good for relatively mild temps. and
several opportunities for predicted natural snowfall.
PLEASE NOTE:
The dimensions and intensity of this passing system
are not absolutely predictable. It is possible that
there could be a range of effect from zero to whatever,
depending on it’s ultimate path and variable levels of
precipitation.
Conditions Notes:
All Winter, All Day...
At least for today...
If you didn’t get new skis for Christmas,
get ‘em tuned up at the Ski Shop, Versant
Sud/South, Resort Base P-1 Level. You’ll
think someone did give you new Skis!
Please Note: There is significant Snowmaking shown in
the Expo Peak and Flying Mile Peak zones. We think
that weather and conditions permitting, those two areas
may be good candidates for New Years Day? In our
opinion, that possibility, sort-of, hinges on the warm and
damp returning to cool and dry by Sat. A.M., before sunrise.
