The first in a series of “Cool Ones”...

First day of new year Sunset at 5:00 P.M.!

The deep early darkness of early winter is
giving way to far brighter and better contrasted
light at Last Run. This is a real, noticeable,
tangible, funtional benefit. It’s just getting
easier to see contour contrast in the later
hours of the day.









When there’s 60cm’s of fresh snow in one week,
snowmaking, extensive, ongoing trail development and
“Progressive”, trail openings, there can be many unique
influences on skill level suitability and/or access availability
that can or could affect the utility of your day on the
Mountain.

For Best Results... Consult the Tremblant Info.Ski Crews.

They are “Radio Controlled” and have up-to-the-minute
Mountain Intel/Updates that can immediately optimize
your Tremblant experience. We talk to them every single
day, and you should too.

Conditions Notes:


Within the freshly groomed array, excellence that is
a direct function of nearly 400cm’s of seasonal
snowfall accumulations to date.


In the Sous Bois/Hors Piste/Glades and Un-Groomed:

Big Snow = Big Expert(#) Fun!

(#) “Experts” may be defined as those that
can literally go anywhere, in any conditions,
and function with competent safety and peak
technical skilfulness. What we see are “Aspiring
Experts”, those who are “working on it”, or...
may perceive themselves as better than they really
are, especially in demanding challenges such as very
deep snow or very big bumps, or in tree forests, maybe
even all 3 of those at once.

These conditions are an authentic, genuine, real
Expert challenge and we respectfully suggest that
if you are any form of “Aspirational" Skier or Boarder
that wants to explore open Sous Bois terrain you
are not fully experienced in, that you do so with
very cautious speed and always with complete
control and the ability to instantly stop to avoid
accident.

These Sous Bois/Un-Groomed conditions take serious
physical effort at the highest levels of sustained aerobic
output and you need to be sensitive to the the limits
of personal strength endurance.

Play carefully.
