You’re Certainly Not Going To Have Any
Problems Staying Warm Today....

Weather Notes:

From Last Weeks “Cold-Snap”, To This Weeks “Warm Spell”...

Statistically, it’s all totally normal and well within the ranges
of experience for what is still very early winter.

Conditions Notes:

Like a day at the beach...

In The Groomed:

Your best friend on a warm day like today may be
Ski/Board base wax/coatings for “Warm” range
snow conditions, as “glide” can be greatly affected
by the potential saturations. The really wet bits
will be evident in patterns in topographical contours
where pooling may happen if there is enough thaw.
On slopes with steeper angles we think it’s just
going to be very spring-like super shred action,
but still over a fairly shallow soft top layer. There
should still be a quite resilient, quite cold substrate
for the most part, however where traffic converges
in narrow zones or at intersections, it is likely that
with the Holiday Guest numbers out, there will
eventually be mogul zones.

In The Sous Bois/Hors Piste/Glades And Un-Groomed:

It could be a while...

Sunshine? Who ever heard of a weather forecast that was “incorrect”?

:) Bring Back The Memories... Research Future Visits...
If you would like to look up dates you visited Tremblant, or you
want to research days/weeks/months to visit, you can sample what
they look like historically, month by month, year by year.

When reviewing dates from any of the past, numbered, archived pages,
you can use the "Previous Topic" or "Next Topic" buttons, located
screen far right, in upper date/message bar to scroll through sequential
dates, or use your browsers "back" button to stay on the selected index
page for non-sequential date reviews in either forward or reverse order.

There are approximately 6, 25 day Index pages per season.

( If you “Bookmark" the link above, it will always take you to the
First index page with the latest posts. That gives you an immediate,
current to 25 day past, review scroll of Winter Alpine Conditions by
consecutive date.
