Excellent Conditions

Post by T360 »

Excellent is a term very well applied to our early season conditions this year.

Compared to other years, say over the last decade, I think we are well ahead.

Grooming on the Mountain is catching up nicely with all the snow we've had. With one or two more big snow storms, we'll be all set for the season.

Excellent is also a relative term, in the sense that it typically means two different things between December 22 and January 22, namely base thickness.

You still need to use caution for natural glitches here and there in December, no matter what ski area you are at, so keep an eye on our daily Mountain Reports and the "Project Twitter" to get all the up-to-the-minute info regarding conditions.

If you are not familiar with "Twitter", please check out the info provided on this sites home page, where you will find all the detail you need.
