When it's not winter, there's no skiing or snowboarding, and no
salt on the roads, those Tremblant area locals and/or visitors that
have an interest in automotive performance and technologies have
the benefit of a historic, and world class track facility to share those
interests at, namely, Le Circuit du Mont Tremblant.

This particular topic is dedicated to those people that enjoy the
Le Circuit experience, no matter what form that may take.
Some will be spectators, some will be participants, others may
be event volunteers and some may at some point, be any
or all of the above, depending on circumstances.

The common element here is that we happened to meet them,
and they have actually given us permission to include pictures
here that illustrate the connection. The cars or people do not need to
be exotic or expensive, real is good and sufficient.

With respect to privacy, we are not including any names or identification
unless instructed to do so, but as usual, this is a public forum, so if
anyone chooses to add their own content that is relevant to the topic,
we welcome those submissions.

On a casual basis, this topic may reflect snapshots of daily activities
large or small. As an archive, over time when "today" becomes
"yesterday", "last week", "last month" or "last year(s)", it may be a
glimpse into the culture of the day for the times recorded.

If you've got misc. pic's or stories of your experiences at this
unique, historic place, please feel free to add them here, or send
them to us and we'll include them if you'd like.

"I had a short break before I have to go to school, so I flew from
California to Syracuse and borrowed this Corvette from my cousin
to come up to a cottage on a near-by lake we've had in the family
for around 40 years. Great to spend some time hanging around the
track when on vacation".

Speaking of Syracuse(pic. below)...

"Up visiting from Syracuse N.Y. I really like this facility for
something completely different and it's not too far away
and easy to get to."

Regarding the above... we think that's a great compliment
considering that the owner of the Lotus lives within a very
short distance from the very famous and our other favourite
track, Watkins Glen International, at Watkins Glen New York.

Motorsports History Fans will already know that there is a historical
connection between Le Circuit du Tremblant and Watkins Glen as
the very first two races of the SCCA Can-Am series ever run, back in
1967 were the first at Tremblant, the second at Watkins Glen.

Above.
After the days events are wrapped up at the 2011 edition of
the Bobby Rahal Legends of Motorsports event, we drove the
old Corvette through the pits and parked between these
historic Trans Am Camaro's. How cool is that for a "Car Guy"???
Very Cool, and that's how close you can get to the action at
Le Circuit. Ya gotta love it!
