This is excellent news!

In an Official Video we watched via Twitter,
Tremblant staff show us the 11.21.19 morning
efforts on the basis of clips from the grooming
process over trails to be open for tomorrow.

We will have more on this as the info. becomes available.

very favourable elements of the 14 day near-term
forecast(posted second below), you have to be
overjoyed, at least as a Skier!

11.17.19 Updates:

In an Official FaceBook Video, Tremblant indicates
the primary Opening Day Terrain will be Beauvallon
Summit-to-base, and Nansen Haut and “S” to Mi Chemin
and Beauvallon on Versant Sud, the South Side, and only
P’tit Bonheur to the new Lowell Thomas High Speed Quad
on Versant Nord, the North Side.

Below: Versant Nord, North Side Base Level Snowmaking.

As we have said before, Mountain Crews do not waist
resources, so the fact that there is Snowmaking visible
to the Versant Nord, North Side Base, @ 11.18, is the best
hope we have for that very rare potential opening for 11.22.19,
although at this stage, it is not Officially confirmed.

Regardless of the date the Nord/North Side Officially
opens to the base, such very early terrain development
is great news for rapid expansion of terrain at the
earliest possible time. We fully support the decisions
of Mountain Crews who demonstrate very high standards
of quality coverage and safety before any terrain is open
and we’re sure they will be applying those standards in
this case, taking the dynamic of the Opening Weeks
weather into account.

At this stage, we would not consider the Nord/North
Side Summit-to-base opening as a sure thing, so if, if, if it
does happen, we would think of it as a very sweet bonus.

Re Above: In addition to the outright observational values of the above
webcam snap-shots, we can tell you with a fair degree of certainty that
both the new Lowell Thomas Quad and the Duncan Quad have been test
run as the chair positions have changed in subsequent webcam observations
11.20.19 mid-morning, and the only practical way the chairs move, is if the
cable moves.

There is still no Official word that we know of at the time of this
writing(approx. 7:45 A.M.), on the possibility of Versant Nord, North Side
Summit-to-base Opening, however, we take the Duncan Quad prep. work,
plus the Nord/North Base snowmaking as positive, but uncertain clues.
