Edge Sector Back on-line for 3 day Weekend. Officially listed as “UN-Groomed”.
Tremblant Continues on with "Just on the right side of Winter" temp’s
and 100% Coverage.
Accordingly… Tremblant also continues on with Excellent Wall-To-Wall
Winter Quality, Spring Easy, Superb Conditions!
The Field Of View, From Right To Left …
Looks Like This on Summit Web Cam…
Below: From Right to Left…
The Summit Web Cam is mounted on the post you can see here on the
North facing, upper end wall of the Ski Patrol Summit H/Q Building.
It’s the post that also has the Dish Mounted to it and the Web Cam Pod
is below the Dish. The Web Cam View above is what you see this morning as
it faces toward us, overlooking the Lowell Thomas Summit Off-Load zone.
(The Fog in the Web Cam image should clear off and look like the
sample by Mid Morning. “Sunny" is Forecasted for this afternoon.)

Expo Shred Surface Sample… On the Grooming list this past week, Expo
continues on with typical Mid-Winter Conditions, nothing really like what
Spring would normally be like at this stage.
Grey day… Great Boarding Day!
No matter the Weather, there’s always “Colour” to be found at Tremblant!
Our apologies for Amateur GreyDay Photography… it’s always a challenge,
but at least the background’s all Snow!
Weather Notes:
--------- Conditions Caveats --------
Conditions will be far and away “Excellent” on all Open Terrain,
As Per All Permanent Rated and Superseding, Locally Hand Posted,
Skill Level Selections.
However…
As is the case anytime there is Daytime Thermal Energy from
Solar or Ambient Air Temp’s, followed by an Overnight Sub-Zero,
Icy Bits can and do happen.
They are highly variable in durability due to daytime softening,
and they should be dimensionally small to begin with, but if you
hit one at any significant Speed, an accident could happen.
Use Caution with Speed until you Verify Safe passage and/or
Conditions soften.
Allow extra passing room when Traffic or tight spaces dictate.
Tuned Edges will be an asset to Both Performance and Safety.
----------- end of Caveats -------------

GoTo: Archive, Search Reports by Date: Index: http://tinyurl.com/yktelmu
When reviewing dates from any of the past, numbered, archived pages,
you can use the "Previous Topic" or "Next Topic" buttons, located
screen far right, in upper date/message bar to scroll through sequential
dates, or use your browsers "back" button to stay on the selected index
page for non-sequential date reviews in either forward or reverse order.
There are approximately 6, 25 day Index pages per season.
(
