Includes Friday Traffic/Conditions Observations and Planning Notes for Saturday.

33(*) Open Trails with 25(*) Progressive, Gradually Opening Trails on the
South and North Sectors of Tremblant.
All Spring… All Day…
Yesterday saw a dramatic rise from Sub-Zero to Way Above so the
shift from Solid to Soft rewarded with some Very Sweet Shredding!
What we would want to draw attention to with this Pic.Sample is that
the Unusually Deep Frost from the Long Winter is working from below
to maintain a Very Fine, Very Stable Base. The sort of deep mushiness
that can happen in Spring, is not occurring to the degree that it normally
would at this date.
---------- Mid-Morning Weather Observations ---------------
Current temp. spread between Summit and South Base is a quite typical
4 degrees C Cooler Elevation Differential.

Saturday Shows as the current best opportunity for Sunny
Conditions. There is a chance of Pre-Sunrise rain for a couple of
hours, but that should have passed through the area between
4 and 6:30 A.M.

If you would like to look up dates you visited Tremblant, or you
want to research days/weeks/months to visit, you can sample what
they look like historically, month by month, year by year.
GoTo: Archive, Search Reports by Date: Index: http://tinyurl.com/yktelmu
When reviewing dates from any of the past, numbered, archived pages,
you can use the "Previous Topic" or "Next Topic" buttons, located
screen far right, in upper date/message bar to scroll through sequential
dates, or use your browsers "back" button to stay on the selected index
page for non-sequential date reviews in either forward or reverse order.
There are approximately 6, 25 day Index pages per season.
(

First index page with the latest posts. That gives you an immediate,
current to 25 day past, review scroll of Winter Alpine Conditions by
consecutive date.)
