Wild, Wet, Windy, Whacky, Weird Weather.
A very aggressive, fast moving weather system is moving
quickly across Eastern North America today creating a lot
of havoc in its path.
The ground level temp this A.M. is just above the freezing
mark at 1C and the precipitation is a mixed form of icy wet
semi frozen sleet, which could turn to snow at any moment.
The good news is that this system is moving so quickly that
it is going to pass through by mid-day and we could have
SUNSHINE by this afternoon!
That's weird, Man!
We start out with 48 open trails this morning, but that will probably
change as the morning goes on. Either come back here or goto.

The wind is from the South East, coming across the Mountain from
the Soleil Side and it will be VERY gusty at times, so be ready for lift
changes to occur for safety reasons.
- BEFORE: Looking toward the Lowell Thomas Chair Lift from the Summit. Believe it or not, There is Good Spring Skiing here, even if the Weather is Unsual.

Now then, to continue on with this weirdness, the temps this aft.
will start to drop and we will have a low tonight of -20C or so,
which will certainly create "Firm" conditions, but all of that will
be under nice, bright Sunny skies!
