We are happy to report that we were wrong by 4 on our guesstimate for
this mornings Open Trail Count.

No one else was on it, Right Down The Middle, Last Run on McCulloch yesterday
that perhaps may become one of our finer memories of the season!
So What?
Well, McCulloch can be prone to a wee bit Icy in the centre, but other than one tiny
metre square wind exposed patch right under the Gondola Cable as it runs overhead,
just as you’re turning left to descend on the Pitch, there was no ice at all on the line
we chose.

resistance common for Cryogenic Snow, so the forces of Gravity are ever-so-slightly
offset allowing Expert Skiers to apply all the muscle they have to Edge-set
without any fear of Blow-out, i.e., loss of traction and uncontrollable sideways sliding,
for a very close to perfect Descent Experience!
It was our only run on McCulloch so we’re not sure if it was like that all day, but two
things are absolutely for sure: 1)... if McCulloch was that good at Last Run, then it
deserves to be noted because typically, wear factors decrease performance. 2) Based
on our Skiing before we got to McCulloch, where we found similar quality just about
everywhere, we have no problem in categorically referring to all Tremblant’s Opened
Groomed Terrain as “Excellent”!

1)Versant Sud, South Side, Adrenaline Parc Update:
A huge commitment of Hours, Staff, and Machinery has been
evident over the last couple of days, so Parc Fans will enjoy the
results today in the completion.

Utilization of the P2 based “Porte du Soleil” Fixed Triple Chair
shows the currently available Ski-in, Ski-out Resort Accommodation
Network is fully functional. This is also a very handy option for Mountain
Access Via the Soleil Sector High Speed Quad that can be used to Bypass
the South Side at times of peak traffic volume. There is a short
plateau en-route from the top of this lift to get over to the Soleil
Quad that requires a bit of Shoulder/Pole and/or Skating Propulsion
for maybe 75 Metres or so, but the uncrowded, line-free efficiency
of this option makes it very, very practical alternative to get to the
Summit Quickly.

Starts out Sunny, Cool @ -25C at South Base, but temp’s working their way up to
-17C as the Sky clouds over and More Snow Starts To Fall!
