3/7/15 #Tremblant Conditions
Posted: Sat Mar 07, 2015 4:35 am
T360 Late Eve. Apres Ski Edit under construction @ 11:00 P.M.
For Genuine Experts, Tremblant Was A Fabulous Snow White Winter Day!
For Beginners and Intermediates....
There was a very good reason for less "User Friendly” than we were
expecting in the surfaces today...
Too Much Snow???
We say... Never, at a Ski Resort... however, it does take up to 2 or 3
overnight Grooming cycles to catch up with Snowfall that covers the whole
Mountains over 500 Acres of Groomed Terrain.
Today was the kind of day that Trail Choice at actual Skill Level was critical.
We find that a lot of not-so-good feedback on a day like today is from people
who are on Trails/Terrain that is above their actual Skill Level, Intermediates
on Expo are a common example.
Other Important Tremblant News... Super Demo Day!
We Love Super Demo Days!
With All Due Respect to the “Big BoxCo. Outlet Centre” in “Yourtown”...
The "Try Before You Buy” Super Demo Days on the slopes of Tremblant are
the only practical way to KNOW which Ski is right for your abilities and style.
We think it’s also fair to point out that ANYTIME you are considering the purchase
of new Skis or Board, the retailers in the Resort Village have Demo programs.
We strongly encourage direct comparisons by use. There’s simply no better way to
select such an important component, arguably the most important one.

96(*) Projected Open Trails @ 4:35 A.M. Subject To Morning Confirmations.
--------- 96(*) Open Trails Confirmed Update -----------------
Friday ended up going from Super Chilled and Super Sunny,
to Semi-Overcast, Partially Sunny, and over 23 degrees C
Warmer at -9C, by Last Run.
Very interesting Weather day, but at the end of it all, a great Winter day too,
with the suns rays coming in under the cloud for a nice backlit effect that was
there one moment, and gone the next.
Then It Snowed....
So...
Saturday Conditions should be every bit of... Very Close To Ideal.
100% Winter Coverage.
100% Open Terrain.
100% Tremblant Alpine Snow Sports Surfaces Fun!
Forecasted Daytime High @ -3C with Partial Sun to Overcast and Snowing.
Moderate Sou-West winds crossing the Summit from the Soleil Sector.
It should be one of the Easiest, Nicest, Go Anywhere, Do Anything, Ski/Board Days
of the Season.
You can Cruise all day, or... do Safe Training Laps for an Outstanding Total Body
Workout.
Mix it up... Whatever...
Why are you wasting time looking at this???
96(*) Open Trails on the Archival Copy of Official Open Trails,
Grooming, Snowmaking and Lift Status for March 7, 2015,

Very early start due to chores, but with Snow, and a High of -5C,
you know exactly what to do regional Tremblant fans! Get going NOW!
More later as Time Permits...
