2/8/16 #Tremblant Conditions

.
91(*) Open Trails on the 4 Sides of #Tremblant.
This Very Solid “Pop” upwards in the Open Trail Count from yesterday’s 74(*),
is a HUGE Positive sign of the Excellent Established Base and Groomed Top Layers.
All things considered for this Season, if you could be here, but
for some weak excuse are not... you’re nuts and should immediately
re-evaluate your priorities.
There have been Sweet Sectors in the Open Terrain every single day
since the Season Opened. These advantages have existed more so in
the Groomed on average, where Snowmaking and Grooming Technologies
are a distinct asset if there’s sufficient “Cold” in the ambient weather.
If the season has had a general disadvantage it would be that all across
Eastern North America, the unusually long Fall Warmth did not facilitate
the overall square surface coverage areas of recent 10 year averages.
But... notwithstanding that, within the context of any of these recent
seasons, the Open surfaces of today do possess excellent technical merit in,
and of themselves and furthermore, Tremblant’s Northerly Latitude, has been
a consistently favourable “Tipping Point” when as few as a handful of degrees
can make all the difference for the vital necessity of “Sub-Zero”.

want to research days/weeks/months to visit, you can sample what
they look like historically, month by month, year by year.
GoTo: Archive, Search Reports by Date: Index: http://tinyurl.com/yktelmu
When reviewing dates from any of the past, numbered, archived pages,
you can use the "Previous Topic" or "Next Topic" buttons, located
screen far right, in upper date/message bar to scroll through sequential
