(The Sunny Forecast Pic’s in Todays Orig. Post are from our last Sunny Day, Mar. 13.)

If you’ve got 5 minutes, you’ve got 5 different Weather Forecasts, at least figuratively,
for today... Sunny, Cloudy, Partially Sunny, Cloudy with Sunny Breaks, etc., etc.

Of course after the last two days of Sleet and Rain, even if the Skiing was clinically
very fine... We’re ready for some Sunshine, so we like that scenario best.

So far... as in at 6:45 A.M or so, the Sunrise has a Big, Fat, Cloud hanging directly
over the Summit, and directly over/behind that cloud is a Brilliantly Sunny Blue Sky.

We have no idea how that will all play out, but it sure would be nice to see the Sun
burn that big old cloud formation right out of the Sky.

Looking For Some Pristine Cruising...

Conditions-Wise, based on yesterdays surprising surface qualities of Speed,
Smoothness and Coverage, we think today to start with, should be an extension
of that, perhaps with a Firm and/or a bit of Icy, maybe, depending on how cool
Mountain Elevations got Below Zero after South Base Levels Overnight Low Temps
between +1 or Zero C.

A basic indicator that things may have gotten Sub-Zero’d Froze last night is the
big, big, number of “Progressive” or Gradual Trail Openings this morning. We think
that’s because the Ski Patrol is in “Safety” Mode. Despite the high levels of anticipation
for as much Open Terrain as possible, Tremblant Guests should respectfully be patient.
The Ski Patrol have the most sincere motivation to see that you are Safe at all times
and we’re sure it’s their experience with “Conditions” correlated to “Accident Rates”
that compels them to be Proactive with Progressive Openings.

If we actually experience todays projected High Temp at +8 C, with the Sun...
It will be an All “Spring”, All Afternoon.

Progressive Page Assembly... Tremblant has a broad range of very fine coverage
and conditions across all Skill Level Rated Terrain, and... as usual....
it’s way way way better than any Gym on the Planet.

:) Bring Back The Memories... Research Future Visits...
If you would like to look up dates you visited Tremblant, or you
want to research days/weeks/months to visit, you can sample what
they look like historically, month by month, year by year.

GoTo: Archive, Search Reports by Date: Index: http://tinyurl.com/yktelmu

When reviewing dates from any of the past, numbered, archived pages,
you can use the "Previous Topic" or "Next Topic" buttons, located
screen far right, in upper date/message bar to scroll through sequential
dates, or use your browsers "back" button to stay on the selected index
page for non-sequential date reviews in either forward or reverse order.

There are approximately 6, 25 day Index pages per season.

( If you "Bookmark" the link above, it will always take you to the
First index page with the latest posts. That gives you an immediate,
current to 25 day past, review scroll of Winter Alpine Conditions by
consecutive date.)
