T360 Late Night Apres Ski Under Construct @ 11:44 P.M.

This is all you really need to know...

This is all you really want to know...

There was Soooo Much Snow... it turned almost all of
Tremblant into the White Winter Wonderland you see
above. Not much in the way of Panoramic views, but
so naturally beautiful you became totally absorbed in
the stunning monochromatic whiteness of it all.

There was soooo much snow, it soaked the Camera
controls to default Shut-Down mode for the second
time in a week. It was impossible to keep the camera
dry, or snow out of the lens for more than a few seconds.
That’s what we call a “Happy Problem” for Ski Photography!

At -7C, it seemed very easy on the relative Temp.
scale, relative to the quite cool -20C mornings and
-12C afternoons of recent past.

Ski Surface Quality: Super Quick, Super Control, Super Smooth...
and all those things relative to Skill Ratings of Greens, Blues, and Blacks.

If there were any issues, it maybe could have been “Too Much Snowfall”???
Since there can Never be “Too Much Snowfall” at a Ski Resort, what that
can really mean is that for Beginners, surface thickness presents additional
resistance for steering and braking, so some folks may have found basic
manoeuvres more difficult. That thickness should all be rendered out with
tonight’s Grooming Shift.

Experts were Whooping it up all over the Mountain.

Below is prime example of SnowFiltered Photography.
Not only Grey Overcast, but millions of Snowy Filters.

We’re not sure if any camera on Earth can look through
millions of dense Snowflakes and get clear pic’s, but the one
thing that is perfectly clear is the Snow's Performance this Skier
is working with.

Tomorrow...

Sunny with Light North Breezes and high of -11C,
and with The Night-Shift's Grooming...

It’s Going to be GREAT!
Hope to see you out there!

There is no way you can miss the big population of Racers
at Tremblant. They are everywhere, and they’re from everywhere too,
because almost every Race Team knows that in order to get
those Future Olympians ready for the Competition Season,
you need an early start, and you need as close to ideal terrain
as possible.

We Hope Your Holiday “Wish List” Includes Tremblant!

Notice to Far Away Tremblant Trip Planners...

If you can, go to the Gym, and do a bunch
of Leg Exercises because you’re going to want
to have some Muscle Reserve in the Bank.

With all this Great Open Terrain just getting
Better and Better, there’s every reason to channel
all your keen anticipation and enthusiasm into
productive preparations. When you get here,
you’ll be able to hit the Trails with strength
and endurance, two very desirable assets.

:) Bring Back The Memories... Research Future Visits...
If you would like to look up dates you visited Tremblant, or you
want to research days/weeks/months to visit, you can sample what
they look like historically, month by month, year by year.

GoTo: Archive, Search Reports by Date: Index: http://tinyurl.com/yktelmu

When reviewing dates from any of the past, numbered, archived pages,
you can use the "Previous Topic" or "Next Topic" buttons, located
screen far right, in upper date/message bar to scroll through sequential
dates, or use your browsers "back" button to stay on the selected index
page for non-sequential date reviews in either forward or reverse order.

There are approximately 6, 25 day Index pages per season.

( If you "Bookmark" the link above, it will always take you to the
First index page with the latest posts. That gives you an immediate,
current to 25 day past, review scroll of Winter Alpine Conditions by
consecutive date.)
