-----Current Covid-19 Quebec Skiing Sample Permissions Update Reference:------

The Quebec Government announced new Covid-19 restrictions yesterday
due to the infection rate increase that is causing Hospital and Medical
Service systems to be physically overwhelmed to the point that normal
scheduled procedures and other emergency services can not be provided,
not to mention Covid-19 causes death.

Conditions Notes:

The trend so far is that there is lighter traffic than we might
have expected. So if that was to continue, it would favour
both all day durability as well as all skill levels, across the
entire array of Groomed open terrain.

In the Sous Bois, Bush, Hors Piste, Un-Groomed categories,
until we get a larger accumulation of natural snow by either
multiple snowfall events or one or two good ‘ole-fashioned
Blizzards... there are wider ranges of conditions that require
cautious explorations for hazard avoidance.

----------------- Insert Update ------------------------

It continues to be our observation that traffic is significantly less
than we might have expected. Of course there is no real precedent
for any expectations in a Global pandemic, but it’s “Open”, conditions
are genuine “Winter”, and with so much of life interrupted, we would
have thought there would be a bit more of a regional attendance
seeking the refuge of one of Mother Natures safest places to be.

:) Bring Back The Memories... Research Future Visits...
If you would like to look up dates you visited Tremblant, or you
want to research days/weeks/months to visit, you can sample what
they look like historically, month by month, year by year.

When reviewing dates from any of the past, numbered, archived pages,
you can use the "Previous Topic" or "Next Topic" buttons, located
screen far right, in upper date/message bar to scroll through sequential
dates, or use your browsers "back" button to stay on the selected index
page for non-sequential date reviews in either forward or reverse order.

There are approximately 6, 25 day Index pages per season.

( If you "Bookmark" the link above, it will always take you to the
First index page with the latest posts. That gives you an immediate,
current to 25 day past, review scroll of Winter Alpine Conditions by
consecutive date.)
