Conditions Notes:

In The Groomed:

The big story is “Refinements”, especially a couple
of days after the last big snow. The softy-lofty
tendencies that allowed for some eventual mogul
or washboard formations should be vastly reduced
as there are more uniform rates of compaction.

In The Sous Bois/Hors Piste/Glades and Un-Groomed:

Deep and dry for this date, although there are absolutely
well traveled decent lines almost everywhere in the bush
by now. The main feature in this group should be a
noticeable increase in forgiveness as there’s just a lot
more depth in the coverage to keep all those pesky
rocky bits well under snow.

That does not mean it’s perfect. There will always be
the odd high wear spot or two, and there are commonly
zones of irregular bump zones due to the differences in
lines used by skiers or boarders. This is particularly
noticeable in some of the narrower trails or descent
lines where mixed use can generate mixed up.

:) Bring Back The Memories... Research Future Visits...
If you would like to look up dates you visited Tremblant, or you
want to research days/weeks/months to visit, you can sample what
they look like historically, month by month, year by year.

When reviewing dates from any of the past, numbered, archived pages,
you can use the "Previous Topic" or "Next Topic" buttons, located
screen far right, in upper date/message bar to scroll through sequential
dates, or use your browsers "back" button to stay on the selected index
page for non-sequential date reviews in either forward or reverse order.

There are approximately 6, 25 day Index pages per season.

 If you “Bookmark" the link above, it will always take you to the
First index page with the latest posts. That gives you an immediate,
current to 25 day past, review scroll of Winter Alpine Conditions by
consecutive date.
