And It’s Forecast To Last For At Least 2 Weeks...

Of course things could change, weather forecasting is
scientific probability, not certainty, but... if you want
to see what we think is some more support evidence,
look at the 10 day windspeed indicator along the bottom
scale of the Long Range forecast graphic above. We’d
call that extremely rare to have that many consecutive
days with such little forecast wind in any winter forecast.
To us, that suggests support for the concept of stability
in the air masses during the forecast period as referred
to by graphic #4 below.

Generally:
Please Note: There are 30 or so “Progressive” time-delayed
opens this morning that we would expect to clear by around
10:30 AM. however there is some chance that the final open
list total could change.
Otherwise, skiing should be great, 10cm’s is almost ideal
for the entire Mountain when it comes to any refresher and
with the cool temps it should be light, dry and fast.
