Apres Ski Update...
It was kind of a "black or white" day at Tremblant...
Either you were here and had excellent snow surfaces to practice with,
or...
You were not here and did not have excellent snow surfaces to practice with.

Very High Quality Early Season Conditions At Tremblant
Initially, it may be a wee bit cloudy/foggy at the summit, however
it clears up very quickly as shown in this shot, taken just below
the P'tit Bonheur entrance.
Instead of reading this...
you should be headed to Tremblant!
Open terrain growing every day, this mornings open trail
count up to 8.
We're not sure exactly where the expansion is until we get
onto the Mountain, but from the official Snow Report and what
we saw yesterday, we'd say it's going to be in the Alpine/Beauchemin
sector where the snow guns and Mountain Crews have been putting
in a lot of obvious hard work.
We'll try to post a twitter update on that as soon as we can.
Regardless, no matter what the fine points are, having any additional
terrain is a bonus on top of the existing Nansen/P'tit Bonheur openings
that are in superb condition.
If it came down to Quality vs. Quantity, we'll go with Quality every time
and what we have now is very high quality indeed.
Todays weather is forecasted to be partially sunny, temps rising
from the current -5C to -3C with light westerly winds that will be coming
up the Mountain from the Beauchemin sector, so you should have the wind
at your back again today as you ride up the TGV Quad. The Lowell Thomas
Triple Chair should be in the lee of the breezes. Another very easy, early
winter day!
With any luck you may find scenes like this one from yesterday
again, today! Today's Official, Downloadable pdf, Trail and Grooming status: Absolutely superb carving conditions on immaculate surfaces
with an Icing Sugar fresh snow coating. Just go...
