Terrain Park Updates:

If anyone is checking out this board for terrain park updates I can help you on that. The post would be really long to format so just check out the update on my website. I'll add some tips to this post though.

This is as of December 24th, you will probably be looking at this set-up for at least another week. The park team has been doing an amazing job this year given the restrictions we have on the public parks. Those restrictions are size of jumps and rails, since anyone can use these parks, Tremblant is only aloud to put up to Large rated features for liability purposes. Tremblant has the best park grooming I know of in all the East Coast; from the guys who groom with the snowcats too Martin and Frank doing all the hand work.
Now with the unfortunate delay of the Duncan Chair opening on the 29th the Lowell Thomas chair is overloaded with people. This doesn't make for easy and quick park laps, but I will give you a way to still get them in.
You are going to have to get up early though. The Lowell Thomas chair is pretty quiet between 8:30 and 10:00 maybe 10:30 if we are lucky. It then gets swamped with people trying to get up to the top for lunch along with the general crowd. I would say at this time you start to hike one of the rails or if you are a lift person go do laps in the Alpine park. Then take lunch at 11:45 about. Eat lunch fast and you can get out to the North Park because between 12-1 the chair isn't that busy. After that you won't be able to use the Lowell Thomas so it's either hiking or laps in Alpine until the day is finished.
