If you are any kind of serious Regional Ski or Board fan,
you simply must come to Tremblant immediately.

Take a legitimately booked vacation day, or two, or more...
and get here as soon as your vehicle can deliver you safely.

The "Proof of Snow" Docushots just get deeper and deeper...

To be objective... there are more sheltered contours trail side, than
there are on the middle of a 15 metre wide open run, so it is natural to
get some of these deep deposits close to all Open Terrain. The portion
that was retained on the open trail adjacent has been compacted and
worked into the base by the Tremblant Mountain Crews and it's now been
a couple of days since the peak of the rapid fill rate, so trails like
P'tit Bonheur are now achieving a more ideal compaction.

The "End of Day" lumpiness that's been there for the past few was
largely gone today, so it seems as though surface density is greater
and more wear and traffic resistant.

Interestingly though, Open Terrain in the Glades such those of the Edge
Sector could still have many many pockets of deeper contour drifted snow.
We saw them there today...

The Lifts had barely swung to a stop when you could hear the powerful
sounds of Grooming Crews starting to cover the greens and the blues.

We can tell ya' for a fact... there's gunna be some great Skiing and
Boarding tomorrow...

:) Bring Back The Memories... Research Future Visits...
If you would like to look up dates you visited Tremblant, or you
want to research days/weeks/months to visit, you can sample what
they look like historically, month by month, year by year.

GoTo: Archive, Search Reports by Date: Index: http://tinyurl.com/yktelmu

When reviewing dates from any of the past, numbered, archived pages,
you can use the "Previous Topic" or "Next Topic" buttons, located
screen far right, in upper date/message bar to scroll through sequential
dates, or use your browsers "back" button to stay on the selected index
page for non-sequential date reviews in either forward or reverse order.

There are approximately 6, 25 day Index pages per season.

( If you "Bookmark" the link above, it will always take you to the
First index page with the latest posts. That gives you an immediate,
current to 25 day past, review scroll of Winter Alpine Conditions by
consecutive date.)
