T360 Middle ‘oda night Apres Ski Edit… @2:30 A.M.
Summary….
Any Day That Remotely Looks Like This Is An Excellent Day…
We Hope You Were On Top Of Things Today Too…
---------------- 7:59 A.M. Orig. Post --------------------
93(*) Open Trails on the Sunny, Bright and Frosty 4 Sides Of Tremblant!
There are going to be Two Main Reasons for a Prediction of Excellence Today…
(in order of occurrence)
1.a) ….
Snow Falling, Snow Accumulating….
1.b) ….
Snow Falling, Snow Accumulating….
1.c)...
Excellent Shred Quality on Virtually All of Tremblant’s Open Terrain.
(Weather Notes:)
2) It’s Currently -20 C. and Brilliantly Sunny!
…. and rising to a very easy -9 C, mid-Aft. Strong Nor-West Winds
will still necessitate Bundling Up though, so pay attention to tight
seals on outer layers and you’ll be fine. There should also be Sheltered
Sunny Spots on Soleil and Superieur Sectors.
Conclusion and consequent "Prediction of Excellence":
Nothing Skis/Boards Like Freshly Fallen, Freshly Groomed,
Cryogenically Exposed Snow.
Quite Simply… there’s nothin’ like the “Squeaky” “reek, reek, reek, reek, reek”
(as you walk over it) qualities of super cooled overnight snow, freshly groomed
into pristine Corduroy.
We don’t care how much snow falls in Revelstoke B.C. ….
You can not match the Grip, Control or Speed of Tremblant’s
Freshly Groomed, Cold Formed Morning Snow.
For the sake of what may be an inadequate analogy…
...Skiing Revelstoke’s morning Powder might be like
Driving Your Big Mercedes Sedan down the Autobahn at High Speed…
Big Swoopy Soft Floating Turns…
Vs.
...Driving Your GT-2 Ferrari Race Car on the Nurburgring, or better yet…
right here at Le Circuit du Mont Tremblant.
Nimble, Quick, Firm, Tight, Precise, and Super Responsive.
We just love the High Energy Fitness and Skill Building Thrills
of Tremblant’s Super Responsive and Immaculately Groomed
Very Sweet Snow White Mid-Winter Alpine Sports Terrain!
Below: Snowfall may have fooled the camera’s Auto Focus, but
there’s no Foolin’ about the totally obvious performance
these surfaces can sustain.
How else can you say it? Think of a thousand ways and it all comes
back to one thing… Tremblant is one of the finest places to Ski or Board
anywhere, and with it’s distinct Geo-Physical attributes, it is a unique
and very fine technical Alpine Snow Sport environment.
Great Tremblant Skiers and Boarders Are in Point Of Fact, Word Class,
Olympic Calibre Athletes. Learn to Ski or Board Tremblant Well, and you can Ski
or Board well anywhere on the Planet.
Conditions Notes:
Please Note: Review trail status icons/legend in graphic below

Bring Back The Memories...
Research Future Visits...
If you would like to look up dates you visited Tremblant, or you
want to research days/weeks/months to visit, you can sample what
they look like historically, month by month, year by year.
GoTo: Archive, Search Reports by Date: Index: http://tinyurl.com/yktelmu
When reviewing dates from any of the past, numbered, archived pages,
you can use the "Previous Topic" or "Next Topic" buttons, located
screen far right, in upper date/message bar to scroll through sequential
dates, or use your browsers "back" button to stay on the selected index
page for non-sequential date reviews in either forward or reverse order.
There are approximately 6, 25 day Index pages per season.
(
If you "Bookmark" the link above, it will always take you to the
