Tremblant Is Singing To You, With...

Perfect Pitch...

From Mild,

To Wild,

This pic. below may look like a relatively easy slope
to those that have never skied Expo, however it
is actually one of Tremblant’s longest, steepest
pitches. When there are moguls on it, you can
hang your ski tips over almost any bump and
see the bottom of the run between your ski tips.
That’s steep, and it is always a thrill that tests your skill!

Find Your Own Tremblant Perfect Pitch!

It’s all very simple...

At 100% Open for April 3, Tremblant literally has the mature full winter
scope of something for everyone, right up to the moment. It’s really
quite remarkable.

Weather Notes:

If you look at the hourly icons at 11:00 A.M and 6:00 P.M.
you will see they have “mixed precip” that includes a snowy
component. In a sense these 2 hourly segments “bracket” the
potential rainy and slightly warmer bits between. However...
Due to the typically -4 C cooler Mountain elevations(BTW,
yesterday the spread was -8C), we think there is a significant
probability that precip. up over the trail network could possibly,
maybe, be snowfall for the entire time.

We could be wrong, but we were totally correct with this call the
last time it happened 2 days ago. Will we be right today?

Conditions Notes:

Within the entire freshly groomed array...

Lets start with the caption from the included Versant Soleil Sample:

"Super Smooth, Groomed Near Flawless"

This is only one example of conditions assessment that can be similarly
applied to every freshly groomed trail on the entire list.

Sous Bois/Hors Piste Reminder From Earlier This Week:
(Please Note: The only difference between 3/29 and today
is that there is 14cm’s more snowfall.)

This is a sample scene from a season with so-far 540 cm’s
of natural snowfall, compared to a 24 year seasonal average
total of 424cm's

“Un-Groomed" Reminder From Earlier This Week:

This sample is on the un-groomed/moguls list, however,
it has evidently also been “Recently Groomed” and we can
say that it is a very easy Expert mogul zone of superb base
quality and wall-to-wall fabulous total winter coverage.
(Please Note: The only difference between 3/29 and today
is that there is 14cm’s more snowfall.)

If you really want to understand the significance of the excellence
of the April 3, 2022 conditions, you can go back to every previous
April 3 in this record(there are 13 in yearly chronological order),
and examine them for relative comparison. What you are going
to find is that this is one of the top 3 or 4, so-far, with 2 weeks
of potential snowfall to go.

What this means for Regional Tremblant Fans? Opportunity for
way above average Spring Skiing that you should be taking
advantage of, and you’re “nuts” if you don’t...

:) Bring Back The Memories... Research Future Visits...
If you would like to look up dates you visited Tremblant, or you
want to research days/weeks/months to visit, you can sample what
they look like historically, month by month, year by year.

When reviewing dates from any of the past, numbered, archived pages,
you can use the "Previous Topic" or "Next Topic" buttons, located
screen far right, in upper date/message bar to scroll through sequential
dates, or use your browsers "back" button to stay on the selected index
page for non-sequential date reviews in either forward or reverse order.

There are approximately 6, 25 day Index pages per season.

( If you "Bookmark" the link above, it will always take you to the
First index page with the latest posts. That gives you an immediate,
current to 25 day past, review scroll of Winter Alpine Conditions by
consecutive date.)
