and 2 distinct sub-zones as follow:
But First, Here Is Our One Picture Forecast du Jour....
Another Classic Tremblant Sunny Spring Skiing Day!!!
Now then, back to the 5 Descents and the 2 Sub-zones:
Sud/South:
1)Summit to Base Via Nansen.
2)Summit to Base Via Beauvallon/Johannsen.
Nord/North:
3)Summit to Base Via P'tit Bonheur/Beauchemin, as well as
Rope Tow/La Traverse/Rigodon/Beauchemin.
4)Summit to Base Via Rope Tow/Cat Track/Duncan.
5)Summit to Base Via Geant/Superieur.
2 Separately Serviced Sub-Zones on the Nord/North that
are completely worthy of Circuit Training/Lapping or just
plain Fun!:
1)Summit to Lowell Thomas Triple Via P'tit Bonheur/Haut, Upper Beauchemin
Rope Tow/La Traverse or Rigodon.
2)Expo Quad Sector Summit to Base Via Sissy Schuss or
Sissy Schuss/Gagnon/Bas, Lower Beauchemin.
Compared to yesterday we do not have access to Flying Mile
and that's the difference in the Trail count today.
Duncan, at the mid point, upper sector. Entrance shown screen right,
coming from lower Rope Tow.
Evidently, Duncan is getting quite a bit of interest as the traffic shows. Here are this mornings early Web Cam Snap Shots that
we love to see first thing. They give us a great idea of
what to expect before we head out to the Mountain in
the morning and we look at them every day without fail.
Early Morning Machine Tracks, Plus Snow on the roof of
Grand Manitou... Great Signs! As modest as it is, Snow in the trees to any extent is a good sign! Not much, but there's Snow in the trees... snow on the ground
under the Expo chair so it's all good!
We'll be going through these "Caribou Cup" Pic's
for a while. Processing for size and quality for
inclusion here takes a lot of computer time, for us
anyway, so we'll work away at it and put the best ones up
over time. If anyone sees themselves or Friends and wants
the full size pic.files, send us a note on Facebook or Twitter
and we'll get it to you.
Pic. Title: "I'm sooooo looking forward to this!"
