What You See Is Definitely What you Get.
For Sure, it’s Cool outside this morning, but the Incredibly Fine Skiing/Boarding
are worth every effort you can make to experience very close to perfect
Groomed Performance Nirvana for Alpine Snow Sport Fans. Period.
Maybe it’s because all the Open Terrain is so fine that there’s not much to
talk about other than personal preferences like Skiing Taschereau or Banzai
or Devils River or La Griffe or Toboggan, but...
Days of Near Perfection make us Philosophical for some reason…
Hence, random Chair Lift Philosophy...
We know we get more page views here long after the day is over and gone.
It’s an Archive as much as it is a Chronicle/Diary. Like Reference Books in a
University Library, Day/Topics get read more over time than the day they are
published by people doing Homework...
So just for a moment…
Let’s say, for the sake of a concept, that on the first cool evening of August,
when after a Hot, Hot Summer where you live in Boston, Mass., or Newark NJ,
or Cambridge Ont., your thought’s naturally begin to turn towards the
upcoming Fall/Winter Ski Season. For some reason, all passionate Skiers
and Snow Boarders begin to think of their favourite Winter Sports in the
opposite season.
Be that as it may… you do a “Google” search for regional Ski Resorts
you may be considering for a “Spring Break” Family Holiday you’ve
been Thinking/Planning/Saving for.
All the different Resorts have Beautiful Shiny Web Sites with loads of good
reasons you should choose this or that destination. It’s almost overwhelming,
especially if you haven’t been able to visit them all.
In total, including the Resorts themselves, there are Millions of
Google references.
We tried it this morning and here’s what we got:
Tremblant ---- 2,440,000.
Stowe --------- 4,240,000.
Killington ----- 900,000.
Jay Peak ------ 17,100,000.
Mont Sainte-Anne --- 2,060,000.
Le Massif -------- 1,350,000.
Lake Placid ------- 30,800,000.
You think to yourself… Woah, this is gunna take a while...
How the Hell are you supposed to sort through all that?
Somehow, you find yourself here(i.e. this website).
With current search protocol, the "#" addition to the Search
topic may pull us up on Facebook or Twitter with a "#Tremblant"
search, for example.
Scroll through the days/weeks/months you’re interested in
using this site’s Chronological, Daily Index(link included below).
The Trending Specifics you’ll find for Days like Today, Days like Yesterday
and Days like Tomorrow, as well as the preceding Days, Months, Seasons,
are the reasons you should choose Tremblant.
We know people spend hours researching major expenditures, and
one of the best ways to do that is by looking at Trends. The Trend you'll
find at Tremblant...
Absolutely Optimal Preparation of All the Open Terrain, every single day.
But it’s more than that. Within the available Terrain of Winter's beginning,
middle and end, we have whole Seasons with amazing consistency on everything
that’s Open, and that’s the reason Tremblant has been a Benchmark of Overall
Excellence within it’s Regional Peers for 75 Years.
Perfect? Not possible they say, but Days Like Today at Very, Very Close,
are the most compelling reasons we can give you to support a decision to
come to Tremblant’s Alpine Ski/Board Facilities of Excellent Technical Merit.
Add in the Charm and Character of Tremblant’s Resort and Neighbouring
Community and you quite simply have a World Class Destination.
Please forgive our Enthusiasm, but how could you not be when surrounded
by so much Beauty, Hospitality and Spectacular High Performance Skiing/Boarding.
Weather Notes:
Starting off at -22 C, which is already up from the deep overnight
low of -27C… Wow… it’s March Mother Nature??? anyway… moving
up to -11C under Brilliantly Sunny Sky’s.
The winds are supposed to swing around from the early East to the
later West and at Moderate Speeds, so at the After-Lunch warmer,
not too hard to deal with.
There will definitely be Warm Thermal Energy in any quiet, Trail-side
spots sheltered from breezes.
