Please Note: Due to authors severe Influenza, we are still in a Default Data
Acquisition/Display Mode.
We are absolutely appalled, even horrified, at ourselves for being stricken with such
a severe Influenza at this time.
This is one of the Sweetest weekends in the whole Winter Alpine Ski/Board Season
and here we are, still laid out flat by this insidious malady when there is so much
going on.
This is the kind of weekend we look forward to for the whole season and we have barely
enough energy to stand, let alone Ski or do a day’s Field Work.
From our current perspective, it’s not hard to see why Influenza is a statistically
significant lead to cause of death for an elderly demographic.
Our most sincere apologies to the handful of of our loyal readers, but you know for
a fact that if we can’t be out, it’s for a damn good reason, and in this case we’re told
that pushing it, as much as we want to, will likely end us up with a pneumonia that could
have far greater consequences.
