Weather Notes:

The extreme deep overnight lows are just going to loose
the “extreme” deep lows and become “regular” deep lows,
all thanks to the warped, twisted, pinched lobes of displaced
Polar Vortex that are flexing boundaries. Some relief for day
time highs, but still really cool, especially, no surprise, at
early morning.

This gives adequate meaning to “relative” in relation to “easy”.

Yes, -16 C is a lot warmer than -30 C, but it’s still cool and
needs careful layers to work with, just less of them.

Conditions Notes:

Generally:

Notwithstanding demanding extreme cold ambient
atmospheric conditions, technically very fine skiing,
however at first tracks there is a high probability of
reduced glide in extreme cryogenic snow that tends
to render substantial friction.

Net effects... Steeps easy, plateaus sticky.

:) Bring Back The Memories... Research Future Visits...
If you would like to look up dates you visited Tremblant, or you
want to research days/weeks/months to visit, you can sample what
they look like historically, month by month, year by year.

When reviewing dates from any of the past, numbered, archived pages,
you can use the "Previous Topic" or "Next Topic" buttons, located
screen far right, in upper date/message bar to scroll through sequential
dates, or use your browsers "back" button to stay on the selected index
page for non-sequential date reviews in either forward or reverse order.

There are approximately 6, 25 day Index pages per season.

 If you “Bookmark" the link above, it will always take you to the
First index page with the latest posts. That gives you an immediate,
current to 25 day past, review scroll of Winter Alpine Conditions by
consecutive date.
