Wow, That's a bit "Nippy" out there this morning @ -29C, -20F

Todays "Words to the Wise"... Bundle Up!

Trail count has already gone up this morning from 72 to 74,
so we are making progress by the hour!

Excellent!

Now, back to "Bundle Up" concept. With these temps, you
can have one of the best Ski/Board days possible. This is
when the snow is "Squeaky", very dry and there is a lot of
grip so your skis and boards will really "Hook Up". You will
want to avoid having any exposed skin though, as frostbite
can occur very quickly on things like the tip of your nose.
But, if you do get frostbite on the tip of your nose, you will
look like "Rudolph The Red-Nose Reindeer" just in time for
Christmas!

Anyway, you do need to take care today to have the appropriate
layers on. The temps will rise to a nice wintry -15C or so by afternoon.

The wind will be fairly light and coming from the south as it breaks
over the Mountain from the Soleil Side, so runs like Beauvalon,
Nansen, Alpine, P'tit Bonhour, Beauchemin and some of the other
narrower runs on the North Side will have the most shelter.

There are 4 runs open on Soleil and the Edge is pretty much
fully open, so there are lots of areas to explore.

The Snow Surface is getting better every day and you will have
a Great Time if you are out today!

NOTE: BIG BONUS SNOW FALL IN THE FORECAST @ 20 PLUS CM.
Plus WARMER TEMPS @ -3C for tomorrow!
