This is Real, This is Today, This is Tremblant Right Now.

We will try to add some additional Detail here later on, however
based on the evidence posted above, any knowledgable Skier will
be able to instantly draw a positive conclusion, which would not
only be correct, but would also be a compelling justification to get
one’s own self onto the Trail immediately adjacent to that Picture,
in this case, P’tit Bonheur.

That means you should go now....

P.S. In Last Night’s Apres Ski We Wrote:

"Based on Observations of New Terrain Development Under Construction,
we think the Open Trail Count Number is set to take a solid “POP” Upwards.
There’s just too much Snow and too much trail construction as evidence."

The Official Open Trail Count Today Ended “Up”... From The Orig. 49, To 65.
Archival Data Entry Follows Orig. Posted Trail Data Below.

Additional Apres Midnight, Apres Ski...

One of the biggest stories at Tremblant has to be the Snowmaking
Trail Construction being conducted on all 4 sides, Sud, South,
Nord, North, Soleil and Edge.

This shot from across Lac T. at Sunset highlights the Flying Mile Sector Snowmaking
but also includes other South Snowmaking as noted by “Snowmaking Icons”
on the official REVISED Official Trail List, posted below.

All The Main Boulevards like this sample of P’tit Bonheur, are getting refreshed
on a regular basis and remain as “GoTo” Trails for all Skill Levels.

Above, Below.

We reviewed this specific Trail Construction in last nights Apres Ski
and here it is “Open” this morning, so very much looking forward to
both having the unmitigated Joy of Skiing it today, as well as pic.doc
reporting for Apres Ski. It’s no secret, this is one of our favourite
sections of the entire Tremblant Trail Network. In our opinion, it is
under-rated compared to some of the more challenging terrain, but
from a pure naturally rhythmic, and and pitch consistency point of view,
we would defy anyone to follow us at a 6 laps per hour rate(off the Expo Quad),
for a couple of hours, to find a more enabling, or better Carving environment.Period.

((**)It Should Be Noted: Sissy Schuss has two upper descent paths. The path photo’d
utilizes the “S” shaped access route to Gagnon. The main trail itself with direct
Fall Line right below the Expo Quad Peak has a mid-portion that is unsupported
with snowmaking for about 100 Metres and may not be part of the path yet.
There may have been enough “Banked” Snowmaking for Mountain Grooming Crews
to spread out to bridge the upper Fall Line portions of Sissy Schuss, but we will not
be able to report on that ’til Apres Ski.)

:) Bring Back The Memories... Research Future Visits...
If you would like to look up dates you visited Tremblant, or you
want to research days/weeks/months to visit, you can sample what
they look like historically, month by month, year by year.

GoTo: Archive, Search Reports by Date: Index: http://tinyurl.com/yktelmu

When reviewing dates from any of the past, numbered, archived pages,
you can use the "Previous Topic" or "Next Topic" buttons, located
screen far right, in upper date/message bar to scroll through sequential
dates, or use your browsers "back" button to stay on the selected index
page for non-sequential date reviews in either forward or reverse order.

There are approximately 6, 25 day Index pages per season.

( If you "Bookmark" the link above, it will always take you to the
First index page with the latest posts. That gives you an immediate,
current to 25 day past, review scroll of Winter Alpine Conditions by
consecutive date.)
