Weather Notes:
Nice ’n easy...
Conditions Notes:
It’s Sunday on the first weekend of the new season.
It’s likely the trails are going to be on the busy side
and it is imperative that patience and courtesy for
reduced speed and wide, safe passing margins be
implemented from first tracks to last run.
There hasn’t been any new snowfall since opening
day so the initial freshly groomed morning conditions
may show traffic wear by lunchtime, but for reasons
explained below, we don’t think the afternoon will
change much from what things are at noon. It will be
wise to check speed when approaching crests or
where trails narrow or intersect as these zones may
be prone to icy bits or mogul formations.
There is a substantial probability that traffic may
suddenly seem to vanish at between 1:30 to 2:00
P.M. because the holiday/weekend crew need or
want to hit the road early. This is especially true
for most of our American Cousins who have quite
a long Thanksgiving trek home.

We expect to have that cleared by mid-December.
Thanks for your patience. In the mean-time, we
intend to maintain the daily, chronologically filed,
weather and trail status data plus whatever
observational commentary possible for archival
date/seasonal period sampling.

If you would like to look up dates you visited Tremblant, or you
want to research days/weeks/months to visit, you can sample what
they look like historically, month by month, year by year.
When reviewing dates from any of the past, numbered, archived pages,
you can use the "Previous Topic" or "Next Topic" buttons, located
screen far right, in upper date/message bar to scroll through sequential
dates, or use your browsers "back" button to stay on the selected index
page for non-sequential date reviews in either forward or reverse order.
There are approximately 6, 25 day Index pages per season.
(
