1/15/10 Conditions

.

Getting better every day.

Saved by the bell! There was a chance that we might have
experienced a short rise in the temps to above freezing,
but at this stage, it looks like we have just missed that.
Missing a warm blip is a very good thing. Our one “Ace"
in our conditions hand has been the fact that even with
less than average snow, we have not had any thaw so far
this season, so our base is still 100% Snow!

These photo's were taken earlier in the week, but they quite
nicely show the nature of our surfaces... Perfect!

Here's one from Nansen. The surface quality is quite obvious!

Clouds at the Summit or not, our surfaces are very good and both
the skiing and boarding are excellent for all skill levels.
