We are quite confident that the chill in the hill from months
of Polar Vortex influence is not only there today, but is easily
going to span tomorrows warm/wet burp and for that reason
we think conditions are going to remain “Fast” all day today,
and right through the foreseeable future.
Thermal cycles that oscillate across the freezing mark
within daily conditions as the forecast indicates for
overnight, will change some characteristics but not all.
The biggest cosmetic difference, that does not necessarily
affect the skiing in any way, is the look of the snow in the
trees from being there today, and gradually disappearing
as the heat works in over the next day.
Weather Notes:
Not hard to see we’re going to get a big dose of “Spring”
coming right up...

Conditions Notes:
Generally:
The last day of “Winter-Like”, for a while anyway.
If you’re a Tremblant regular conditions follower,
you’ll recall we’ve had a very cool winter period,
almost extreme by average statistical standards.
Well, the coin is about to flip, so today may represent
the apex in overall winter surface conditions and you’ll
want to savour the universal excellence of today because
it’s going to be “different” starting tomorrow.

If you would like to look up dates you visited Tremblant, or you
want to research days/weeks/months to visit, you can sample what
they look like historically, month by month, year by year.
When reviewing dates from any of the past, numbered, archived pages,
you can use the "Previous Topic" or "Next Topic" buttons, located
screen far right, in upper date/message bar to scroll through sequential
dates, or use your browsers "back" button to stay on the selected index
page for non-sequential date reviews in either forward or reverse order.
There are approximately 6, 25 day Index pages per season.

First index page with the latest posts. That gives you an immediate,
current to 25 day past, review scroll of Winter Alpine Conditions by
consecutive date.
