While You’re Asleep...
Weather Notes:
--------------- Supplementary Weather Data: -----------------
In this case, the effects for Tremblant guests are in the
regional travel conditions. The Toronto/Montreal corridor
is buried under 40 to 50 cm’s of blown snow with drifting
reaching up to almost 2 metres around surface contours,
buildings, parked cars, etc.. It is estimated that it could take
2, 3 or more days to dig out around the big urban centres
that many Tremblant fans commute from.
However... The band of the heaviest snowfall was south of
us so for Ottawa Tremblant fans, it’s just another average
cold-snap day that should be a fairly easy and safe transit
Via Hyw's 50/323 through Montebello.

Conditions Notes:
In The Groomed:
Extraordinary levels of refined seamless interconnectivity
across all skill levels where learning progress is easy
within your existing abilities. For those who aspire
greater challenge, the forgiveness is at high levels due
to the consistency of the groomed quality that allows
progress without harsh feedback as steepness increases.
What that really means is that if you warm up thoroughly
on terrain that’s easy for you, you’ll be able to gradually
increase steepness and carry more speed without the
fear of catching edges, tripping up, or being caught in
undue thickness that makes control moves difficult
beyond just the slope angles.
For sure, it’s still really cool, but progressively warming
and at these temps, you’ll be having so much fun that
as long as you have the layers and take periodic warming
breaks, you won’t notice that cool so much and you
literally won’t want to go inside for the sake of the joy
that every run brings.
In The Sous Bois/Hors Piste/Glades and Un-Groomed:
Bushwhackers powder paradise!

If you would like to look up dates you visited Tremblant, or you
want to research days/weeks/months to visit, you can sample what
they look like historically, month by month, year by year.
When reviewing dates from any of the past, numbered, archived pages,
you can use the "Previous Topic" or "Next Topic" buttons, located
screen far right, in upper date/message bar to scroll through sequential
dates, or use your browsers "back" button to stay on the selected index
page for non-sequential date reviews in either forward or reverse order.
There are approximately 6, 25 day Index pages per season.
First index page with the latest posts. That gives you an immediate,
current to 25 day past, review scroll of Winter Alpine Conditions by
