Warmer....
93 Open Trails under overcast skies with snow flurries,
BUT, and this is a big difference, starting out at -18C
and rising up to -8C, so things are definitely warming up!
On top of that, the rest of the week is going to be sunny and
even warmer with day time highs of around -5C...
It's going to be a delightful week at Tremblant!
If you have the chance to play hooky this week... Do it!
There will be moderate to strong North-West winds today
that will be coming up the Mountain from the Beauvalon
sector, so if you are riding the TGV or Flying Mile chairs
the wind should be at your back. Coming up either
Duncan or Lowell Thomas chairs you will notice the breezes
toward the Summit, so be sure to bundle up and seal off
areas around head, neck, wrists, waist and anywhere else
heat can escape.
Surface conditions will continue to be excellent. Any new
snow we get will be like "Icing on the cake" and will be gratefully
added to the total.
There could be significant blowing and drifting factors,
particularly on the North Side, where wind passing over
the Summit may deposit snow beyond the normal depth.
Only time will tell on that one, so be sure to visit the North Side
to see what surprises await you there.
Days like today take on a "Black and White" look.

for all skill levels and as the day and the week progress,
the forecasted rise in the temps will make very pleasant
and easy winter conditions.
