3/10/10 Conditions

Limited Time Offer!
Beautiful Snow
Beautiful Sun
On at Tremblant now!

...and maybe tomorrow and Friday too.

77 Open Trails under spectacular, sunny skies.
Today and hopefully 'till the weekend...

Temps will be up to 7C with nighttime's down
around -8C and our summit, hopefully staying
just below zero, around the clock.

We're having a fabulous run of consistently
sunny, warm days with sub-zero cool nights,
just enough to help keep stable snow surfaces,
but it can't last forever!

The Snow surfaces are a combination of quite soft
spring "mashed potatoes", particularly on the lower
portions of the Mountain on the South and Soliel
sides, to a firmer more winter/corn snow mix on the
North side. As the sun travels across the Mountain, the
North side also develops shadows, starting at mid
afternoon, so those surfaces are spared from the direct
heat of the sun bearing down on them, consequently,
they retain a dryer consistency. Of course "dryer" is a
relative term when spring comes because regardless
of shade, if you have an ambient air temp of "Plus"
Celsius, even shaded surfaces will be eventually affected.

On a clear day, you can see forever...

If you can... drop everything and go now...

Take advantage of these conditions before Mother
Nature really turns on spring.
