Today will be a bit on the cool side, but the
Skiing and the Boarding will be Excellent.
What we have here is a about a 3 or 4 day cold snap
and we are in the second day now, so a couple more
to go, maybe.
Weather forecasting is part Art, part Science, so if they
are right, we should return to warmer temps by Tuesday.
But as we said at the beginning, The Skiing and Boarding
willl be EXCELLENT, so bundle up, Make sure there is no
exposed skin and head out anyway...
The best thing we can do with the weather is make intelligent
equipment selections.
If you need advice on how to efficiently stay warmer, you are
in the best place to be. The staff at Tremblant area Shops is
probably the best there is and you can rely on this:

Surprisingly, it does not always mean having to spend
a lot either, sometimes a well bought one or two small
accessories is all you need to shut out cold and keep
heat in. This is due to the fact that even small “leaks"
in your thermal envelope, radiate large amounts of your
body heat out, so sealing these small leaks can often
make a huge difference in your comfort.
The wind will be "Brisk" this A.M. and from the east,
so blowing across the Mountain from the Geant Side,
that means runs like Beauvallon, Nansen, P'tit Bonheur,
Beauchemin will be in the "Lee" of the wind and will
have the most shelter.
