Night Shift Apres Ski Below in Reply....
---------------- 7:34 A.M. Orig. Post -----------------
95(*) Open Trails on the way warmer
4 sides of Tremblant.
Are You Having Visions Of Tremblant?
There's only one way to fix that..... Put Yourself In The Picture!
You are going to be able to find this scene and others like
it all day today, if that's what you choose.
Surround Yourself With Winter! Tremblant Ski/Board Conditions: Winter Variable, with some
warmer surface characteristics on lower elevations.
We're going to look at Today's Weather first, because depending
on how far the "heat" goes, it could affect the days snow
characteristics somewhat.
As a matter of fact, we've already hit the forecasted Day-Time
high of -2 C before 7:30 A.M. here, so let's hope Mother Nature puts
the brakes on the heat right about now.
Couple of relevant factors to point out...
- The recorded/forecasted temps are for South Side Base Level.
- The Summit and related Upper levels will typically be between
3 to 5 Degrees C cooler.
Basic conclusion here is that there is a high degree of probability
that you are going to experience some distinctly variable conditions
on the Mountain today, but there will be lot's and lot's of "Sweet
Spots" that you'll be able to find by exploring Tremblant's
different sides and elevations.
Expanded reporting in today's Apres Ski.

Bring Back The Memories...
Research Future Visits...
If you would like to look up dates you visited Tremblant, or you
want to research days/weeks/months to visit, you can sample what
they look like historically, month by month, year by year.
GoTo: Archive, Search Reports by Date: Index: http://tinyurl.com/yktelmu
When reviewing dates from any of the past, numbered, archived pages,
you can use the "Previous Topic" or "Next Topic" buttons, located
screen far right, in upper date/message bar to scroll through sequential
dates, or use your browsers "back" button to stay on the selected index
page for non-sequential date reviews in either forward or reverse order.
There are approximately 6, 25 day Index pages per season.
( If You
"Bookmark" the link above, it will always take you to the
First index page with the latest posts. That gives you an immediate,
current to 25 day past, review scroll of Winter Alpine Conditions by
consecutive date.)
