Apres Ski Early Edit... Due to previous commitments, may be only
Apres Ski, or if possible, very late after midnight, but not certain.
Otherwise, just toss all your gear in the vehicle or onto a plane, train
or whatever, and immediately head for Tremblant if you can....
You Just Know It's Gunna' Be A Good Day

The Best Sign You'll Have Great Skiing!!!
Boarding Too !!!
Finding things a bit Chilly ???
Take "Refuge" at Tremblant! Today's the Perfect day to take "Refuge" at Tremblant
over on Versant Soleil, just below the Summit. Turn Right,
off of Toboggan,#41, or left off Laurentienne,#47.
Discover the simple pleasures of a Roaring Fire,
a Hot Chocolate and a Warm Refuge from the Kool!
Make sure you've got your Camera, and with Fresh Batteries!!! Nothin' worse than running outa' "juice" when the scenery is this
spectacular, so either put a good charge on 'em, or bring spares,
just don't be caught without backup!
Back To Today's Weather....
Zero Exposed Skin Alert!
... at least for this morning...
Temp's should rise quite rapidly and with zero wind, so far...
and the solar energy of an also so far, brilliant Sun, this has every
good sign of being one of those "Postcard" Tremblant days!
We expect a day-time high of around -7 C, but with the off-base
lower than expected over-night lows, it could either take a while
longer to reach, or not quite make it.
We'd be surprised if we don't see some sort of breeze develop
during the day, but the wind that you'll notice the most will be
your "Air Speed" as you descend the Mountain. Be careful please,
in the exhilaration of speed, you may not notice the effects of
frostbite, so pay attention to gaps and seals on your outer layers.
Fast Way Up....
Long Way Down!!! Check Out The "Shred Factor", the ability of Skis or Board to
cut through, or "Shred" these great surfaces on Duncan. There
were one or two icy bits at the very top, but easy to navigate
with sharp edges.
Skiing and Boarding are generally excellent
within all rated skill levels.
The daily, or 24 hour, round the clock, efforts of Tremblant Mountain
Crews refines the groomed terrain on a continuous basis, rather like
"crop rotation" on a 600 acre farm where the land gets worked on
in a locational sequence that permits the most efficient use of
both equipment and man hours to keep everything in tip-top shape.
Conditions Caveat:
Watch Out For Icy Bits...
There can be glitches, look for patterns and pay attention.
