Preliminary edit....
(You may recall we said: "Snow Potential on North Summit Sectors..."
early this morning... That came true....)
If you could have been at Tremblant, but were not...
You should be put in Jail Because....
Missing any of this was a real Crime!
No one should ever rule out the possibility of great Tremblant
things happening on a day forecasted to be rather dull, and Mother
Nature sure came through with a lot of beautiful Closing Day Surprises!
You Missed all of ....
This....
This.....
And This...
"Plus" a whole bunch more...
Everyone that we saw at Tremblant was quite happy.
A Small but dedicated and very enthusiastic group out
to get in some excellent, Classic Tremblant.
Now that the panic is off, the full version Apres Ski may be
built on an evolutionary basis over the next several days.

27(*) Open Trails, South, North Sides of Tremblant.
Given that....
You May Ski/Board Tremblant Today....
But you may not Ski/Board Tremblant Tomorrow...
We know where to stand on this issue....
Standing on the Summit, it's not going to be as Sunny today as
either of the last 2 days, BUT...
It's still going to be "OPEN" today, and that's the last time this season
we can say that.
Along with "Open", there's actually a very fine amount of small
white type fresh particles on Tremblant's Summit! Snow on Summit Sectors at Tremblant?
Sure looks that way from the beloved Web Cams, so no other
choice but to go and verify that with a detailed personal inspection...
We'll get back to ya on that...
If you live regionally, we hope you are not reading this,
meaning of course, that you're already on your way.
If you live regionally, we hope that you put yourself in a
Tremblant picture sometime today.....
Will You Be Here??? Which Way Will You Go??? Above...
There's a lot of "White" in this pic., and that's the point.
We have had closing days with a lot less snow than this
and on top of that, what we have to Ski/Board on is
remarkably fine considering all the recent Weather Drama
that Mother Nature has brought to this entire side of the
continent.
Below... This is a very clear example of the Grip Level to be found
yesterday, and we believe, today as well. The "Angle Of Attack",
or degree of tilted edge this Boarder is riding on is not
only allowing him to hold this edge with 100% confidence,
but there is very little Shredded snow being displaced
which indicates the surfaces ability to be finely carved
by skilled Mountain users who know how to get the most
speed out of ambient damp, Spring Corn Snow.
If you would like to have "Superieur" Skiing/Boarding...
You can find it here... today only....
If you want one more shot at "Air Time"...
You can do that here today... one last chance...
Expected Weather... Daytime high @ +3 or 4 C,
Overcast, Mixed precip., and moderate North-West
breezes moving across the Summit from Beauvallon
over to Duncan.
Snow Potential on North Summit Sectors...

It's Never Easy To Emotionally Handle "Closing Day" ...
...at least for the truly dedicated Tremblant Alpine Winter
Fans we know. All we can do is try to enjoy each and every
run, each and every turn, and each and every minute until
the second hand on the clock passes "12" at 4:00 P.M.
Where will you be for "Last Run"?
