88(*) Open Trails on the Forecasted Sunny, Gorgeous, 4 Sides of Tremblant.
Welcome to February…
Welcome to the Heart Of Winter at Tremblant!
Welcome to what is at least statistically, the "Fullness of the Mature Season”…
… more on that in Apres Ski later on...
Welcome to Longer Lift Open Hours Too!
Lift Hours Extended To 3:45!
As the days are getting longer… so do the lift hours!
There’s a wee bit of overnight Fog at the Summit, so riding up first
thing, a sort of hazy overcast until the Sun’s Solar Energy can bear
down and burn it off.
Hazy or not, for those lucky enough to be staying at the Soleil Condo’s
the Morning trip up to the Summit is quick and scenic.
Welcome To The 75th Anniversary of Tremblant’s 1939 Opening!
Wow… There’s a lot going on!
Don’t forget the basics though…
Welcome To Excellent Skiing and Boarding Conditions!
The Very Fine Quality of Conditions Today, are the direct result of
all the abundant, recent, Natural Snowfall and the Superb Efforts
of Mountain Crews around the clock, 24 hour-a-day, very hard work .
Below: Here’s a 5 day old file pic of Les Rapides as it runs under the Duncan
Quad with a very obvious quantity of Natural Snow that was significantly
deeper here than the statistical total snowfall because of the way
the Drifting occurred with the winds.
This above is a lot more packed out now, but packing is a great thing for the base,
so the point is, whatever we’re Skiing on today has this under it and... it’s all good
towards the future.
Traffic Packing on the Natural is one thing… but Grooming/Packing gets you
a whole other dimension…
Above: McCulloch, Excellent High Speed Performance Quality.
The Very Fine and Very Fast Groomed Terrain is at the most
responsive levels of the season.
Below: Sissy Schuss, Excellent High Speed Performance Quality.
It’s the Weekend…
….. you can expect a Good Lookin’ Crowd Out.
Weather Notes:
Mild -4 C Overnight and a ton of Snowfall.
more on that later on in Apres Ski as well...
Conditions Notes:
Please Note: Review trail status icons/legend in graphic below
for individual trail detail.
